Thomas B. Earhart is the President and principal attorney of the law firm and has over 25 years’ experience as an attorney. Tom has previously worked as a solo practitioner and also as a member or partner of several Pittsburgh law firms prior to opening this office in Murrysville. Tom has successfully represented clients before district justices and the trial and appellate judiciary in Allegheny, Westmoreland, Indiana, Lawrence, Beaver, Fayette and Butler Counties. His diverse clientele has relied upon him to provide advice and to assist in preventing or resolving various legal matters.
Tom earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1992 and was inducted into the Justice L. Manderino Honor Society and the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society. He earned his B.A. in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989, graduating magna cum laude.
Tom is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court (2001), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1999), the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (1992) and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (1992).
Tom is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was appointed to the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Revision of PA Real Property Laws (2004) and served as a liaison to the Pennsylvania Joint State Government Commission Advisory Committee on Revision of PA Estates & Trust Laws (2004).
